Like the Nuwby breed, true quality Pixie ears are quite hard to produce and careful selection of a good quality buck with strong well structured ears is vital. Conformation and temperament always take presidence over ear type, but my constant careful selection of breeding mates has now given me some exquisite animals meeting the Pixie breed standard of excellence.
I would like to introduce some of the does that are being used in my Pixie breeding program.

Yattarna Coco, is a very striking pinto doe with blue eyes. She has beautiful pixie ears and very correct conformation. She is a lovely deep bodied doe, wide over hips and pins and carries a very capacious udder when kidded. Sire: Patona Park Bluey, Doe: Patona Park Bella "Coco" is classified as Pixie and has very nicely structured ears that she holds erect and alert. She is a lovely natured doe and has been a very strong colour producer.

Yattarna Savannah, another blue eyed 'particoloured' doe with a lovely friendly temperament. Savannah is a little shorter in the body compared to the does above, but is still quite deep and wide throughout. Sire: Patona Park Bluey Dam: Patona Park Nickabocka Savannah is classified Pixie, she has nicely structured ears that are carried lazily, but they quickly become alert when the feed bucket comes out!

Yattarna Tiffany, by far one of my best Pixie (junior) does, she has the "perfect" pixie ears held upright and alert and has always been a very photogentic little doe. Sire: Patona Park Bandit, Dam: Patona Park Nickabocka Tiffany will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in June 2008

Yattarna Diamond, another very nice Pixie doe with lovely lines, good width of chest and hips and nice a deep throughout. Diamond is a lovely well balanced doe with a wonderful temperament. Sire: Patona Park Bandit Dam: Wait-A-While Faith Diamond has lovely correctly placed legs and is a very well proportioned little doe. Diamond will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in November 2008

Yattarna Gypsy Minx, this striking little blue eyed doe has mediocre ears but very nice correct conformation. She is deep and wide and blends smoothly throughout. Sire: Patona Park Bandit Dam: Yattarna Coco Gypsy is a doe that I look forward to using in the future, I hope to produce more little does with her beautiful markings. Gypsy will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in November 2008

Yattarna Dior, A very beautiful, small compact doe with lovely proportions and great depth of chest. She is nice and wide in the hips and pins. I'm hoping she will past on her great pixie ears and lovely conformation to her off spring. Sire: Patona Park Bandit, Dam: Patona Park Nickabocka. I can see Dior being utilized in my pixie breeding program for seasons to come.

Yattarna Gallant Tess, I am very pleased with this little doe. She is very compact and short in stature. She has lovely even markings and great conformation. She has reasonable pixie ears that seem to be improving as she ages. Sire: Patatona Park Ezastar Dam: Wait-A-While Faith Tess has lovely lines, she is deep and wide throughout and has very nice, even leg placement. I look forward to adding this little doe to my breeding schedule for 2008. Tess will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in September 2009

Yattarna Gella, by far the smallest doe I have bred to date. This beautiful compact little doe is rather lacking in ear structure but she makes up for it with her beautiful correct conformation. She is wide both front and rear and lovely and deep throughout and I do not doubt that she will carry and birth her kids with ease. She will also be added to my 2008 breeding schedule. Sire: PP Ezastar Dam: Fruity Farm Mandy I plan to pair her parents again in an effort to reproduce more daughters of the same quality. Gella will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in August 2009

Yattarna Guiselle, where this lovely little doe lacks in ear structure, she excels in conformation. She is beautifully proportioned, lovely and wide in the hips and pins and nice and wide in the chest. Sire: Patona Park Bandit Dam: Patona Park Blessing Her colouring and small stature will be an asset to our breeding program. I plan to cross her with a small "good eared" pixie buck to improve ear type of her future off spring. Guiselle will be officially classified and 3yr height verified in August 2009
